My Baby Hiccuped for the first time on Friday and again on Sunday. I can’t describe how cute the little rhythmic fast bumps feel but It is really CUTE I’m looking forward to the next time baby gets Hiccups =)
Tomorrow I will Start my 30th week only 8-10 more to go. Not coming soon enough this time around. I definitely cannot see me getting any bigger than this I already feel I’m bursting at my seams. It’s 4:33 AM as I write this to you. I woke up my belly was sore from the way I was sleeping, I used the potty, drank some water so my ligament pulling pain wouldn’t be so Fierce, Couldn’t get back to sleep so I tickled Nathan’s back for about 10 minutes. I was very hungry and tried to see if I could sleep it off since I don’t really need the extra calories. That didn’t work. My tummy got the best of me. I grabbed a glass of chocolate milk and decided to check my email while drinking it. And felt the need to post one of my pregnancy milestones for my posterity and because I will NOT remember anything that has happened in the past 7 months.
Thanks for being a loyal reader.
A pic taken of Nathan and I at Denver’s 3rd Birthday party. I’m 7 mo pregnant

I just want to be a hermit. And I feel Sorry for the Hard working men in our lives!
I get very uncomfortable – I already have to eat small meals or I’m sick all day.
I’ve had a few bad nights in a row.
I’m Sleepy.
The girls seem to be happy but I feel like they are being neglected.(sometimes)
I’m still in my PJs which I NEVER am at 11:00 AM
I want to stay in my PJs
I’ve finally told the girls that before their baths they can throw on a swimsuit and play in the pool. – I don’t want to have to go outside and help because I’ll feel like I need to put my clothes on. But I will let them play even if it means I have to go out. But better in their swimsuits than their PJs Right?
Last night we made an awesome book to give to Hailey’s 1st grade teacher all about her. We have a couple more pages to go. It’s filled with her likes and accomplishments. And a couple pictures.
Sierra and I have been coloring in her princess coloring book together. We made a card for her pre-school teacher for the 1st day of school.
We have been playing board games and the girls devour the Computer when they visit the Barbie.com website to play games.
I’m enjoying playing the last game of Trade Wars – by myself – Stilllllllll. I’m creeping in on the Ferenghis. I have recorded many Home Decorating Shows and Food Channel programs that I enjoy watching without commercials – Thanks Dish Network! I make the meals and I think they are fairly healthy. Once in a while the girls won’t like what we are eating for dinner so they get Cereal, Toaster Strudel or waffle sticks. . .A few nights ago I made Mickey Mouse pancakes and Sierra devoured the plate with a little help from Hailey and her Cousin Jorge. I’ve been lazy enough to actually sit on the sofa with the girls and watch some of their shows. I got the mail 2 Xs yesterday since I’ve not been out to get the mail in 3 days. SO all the Store Fliers were in them and I surfed through those and ordered a load of coupons. – However I just cannot see myself getting out of the house to use them. But Eventually we will run out of milk and I may be able to find a sitter so I can go use the coupons. That may be next week when the sales are over and the coupons are almost unusable since sales of certain items-with coupons come in spurts and you miss the opportunity if you don’t just get on the ball. I do the housework. Slowly. And I thank my Husband profusely for the relaxed luxurious life I live. I feel bad he doesn’t get to nap when the girls do. And I wish he didn’t have to stress over his crappy job that doesn’t pay well, doesn’t give a darn about him, is full of idiots that don’t know how to work, and in the long term really isn’t that important! Poor MEN that slave over jobs that are completely unfulfilling and worthless – I feel sorry. Too bad it is the only way to pay the bills! =(
We are having a “WE LOVE YOU DADDY PARTY” tonight
Sierra was still taking her nap when Hailey and I whipped together a Sign that Hailey wrote and Decorated along with a balloon and hung on the counter. and we whipped up an easy to make pineapple upsidedown cake:
Pineapple Upsidedown Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple
10 maraschino cherries
1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
——————————————————————————–
DIRECTIONS:
Melt the butter over medium high heat in the iron skillet. Remove from the heat and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly to cover the butter. Next, arrange pineapple rings around the bottom of the pan, one layer deep. Place a maraschino cherry into the center of each pineapple ring. Prepare the cake mix as directed by the manufacturer, substitute some of the pineapple juice for some of the liquid in the directions. Pour the batter over the pineapple layer.
Bake as directed by the cake mix directions. Cool for 10 minutes, then carefully turn out onto a plate. Do not let the cake cool too much or it will be stuck to the pan.

We will also be serving Stroganoff with Taost, egg noodles, or rice. And then we will have a movie party eat our cake and maybe pop some popcorn. Hopefully he will make it home to his party! =)
We had a great anniversary. I did get another charm for my bracelet. It is a gold Ship anchor. Beautiful – Nathan was really sweet he brought home flowers and a card and told me that with all the ups and downs and unknowns this year has had to offer us I have been there for him every day as an anchor to keep things together and he was grateful for that. His card said to my wife Whom I’m Deeply in Love with. That made my heart melt. What a great guy Huh? I’m so lucky to have him.
The girls are well.
I took the girls swimming. They finally go in on their own with noodles and not big tube floaties. I still haven’t had them learn how to swim – I was 7 when I learned. I figure that was a good age. They really had a super fun time! I’ve gained and even greater appreciation for water indoor swimming pools and lack of SAND! =) Plus I really enjoy the bouyancy of the water being pregnant and all. My jetted tub had become a great retreat!
Nathan’s busy with work racking his brain with new technologies so he can write programs for GE. – That doesn’t really appreciate him! – He’s leaning more about a program called FLASH and Flash MX and he’s writing the programs only because his budget cannot accommodate a Flash developer – So in essence he’s doing GE a favor and doing it FREE because he mostly does the coding in the evenings and on the weekends. Since he’s in meetings for other applications all day long.
That’s it for now.
Tomorrow is our 8th anniversary. I still have no idea what I’m going to buy for Nathan. Every year I have purchased a card at least. This year I’m not even there. I did get a babysitter and mentioned going out for Indian food and a movie, but that’s it! Every year he buys a new gold charm for my bracelet – I wonder what it will be this year. Baby Boy?? Disneyworld Family reunion, pregnancy, I’m looking forward to it.
Anyhow any suggestions will be taken – I have this afternoon and tomorrow to hunt things down He’s leaving me for a week one trip for work and then stright on to a Job interview in KS. So Tuesday night will be my last time to make a good impression for him before he heads out. I want it to be pleasant.
New news – Hailey starts 1st grade on Aug 31st. We have never met her teacher so that will be a surprise. She says she’s nervous about going to 1st grade and just wants to go straight to second. What a wierdo – Does she even know what nervous means?

This is a much shorter one because she’s got new ones – GOOD ONES!
We had a garage sale last weekend I made $166.00 and the girls made $20 at their lemonade stand and it was a slow day in the neighborhood – few cars and a lot of people out for summer trips. We made out pretty well though. Then Sunday was the girls first day to pay their Tithing on money they earned. They each put $1 in their envelope and gave them to the bishop. =) I truly believe that we are as blessed as we are for paying our tithing and Nathan working hard to take care of us.
My Brothers kids are fighting so here’s my advise for those Quarreling kids. . .I remember fighting with my sisters so much we just beat eachother up over the stupidest things. A few days ago we had to take matters to a higher extreme with the girls. When they are at eachother all day is I make sure they aren’t in the same room together – they are not allowed to talk to eachother and We tell them they don’t have a sister for the day. It worked pretty well. They haven’t fought like that since. We made it so they appreciate having a sister by taking that priveledge away. (Nathan is always coming up with great ways to teach the girls – he’s so smart.)
We got out TV’s yesterday. =) One is up on the wall and the other will be tonight =) Thanks to the refinance of the house we were able to spoil Nathan FINALLY =) Now we just need some help getting the old entertainment center downstairs so the girls can have their movie parties down there.
That’s what we are up to. I’m headed out to the grocery store for a BUNCH of Free stuff and then over to Walmart with Nathan for lunch for a table to go under the TV we saw one we liked on the internet – Keeping our fingers crossed that it’s at the store.
=)
Oh and the girls have wonderful box forts from the TV boxes. When tipped on their sides the girls can stand up with room to spare above their heads.
