!!!KYAKING!!!
I recommend 2 hours in nature with your loved one. . .without kids/tv/computers/work/shopping/cars/other people etc. It’s really FUN!!!

I suprised Nathan this week.

Nathan has been stressed to the max with work, other jobs, family, business ideas, bills, etc. and says, like most people that he needs to do something different. And since he can’t take a lot of time off work and we don’t have ton of money I sold some things on eBay, got a sitter and rented a couple Kyaks for an afternoon. We spent 2 hours talking, rowing smiling, exploring and enjoying. Just enjoying. We headed out to an island in our Kyaks and we saw seashells. . lots of them. Nathan had to take a picture because he was pretty impressed with the fact that there were so many shells on the shore of the island we landed on. It was the Perfect weather, a slight breeze drifting, and floating on the water made us want to listen to our audio books and drink sodas next time we head out. and just FLOAT. It was so fun. And what a nice new experiance for both of us. . . What’s next? Rock climbing, spelunking? we will see. I’d like to take the girls out on my friends canoe next too. We don’t do much in the water out here but there’s soooooo much of it I want to figure it all out. I’ve been river rafting in NV and ID and loved it. SO it’s nice to get out on the water again!

Yesterday I walked the mall with Sierra and Zach.

I took her on a train ride, went to Borders and read books, sniffed perfume, fell in love with Dafidoff’s Spring Citrus scent(Cool Water company)hint hint

We rode elevators stopped by the Disney store to pick up some gifts, got some pants altered and picked up for daddy. Went to a market research co and made $3 for taking a drink of white grape juice. Oh and telling what I thought. – that paid for the train ride.

and as we walked slowly out an older man and his wife stopped up. The man said “Is that a Baby?” So I stopped and showed him Zach. He was very kind so I told him it was ok to touch his hand. The old man was so happy. Whe was smiling like only a baby and the joy they can bring makes someone smile. His wife sat and watched. I asked them where they lived. They live in the town the LDS(Mormon) church is in that I go to so we started a discussion about it. They said someone else tried to convert them. . I said there’s nothing wrong with that. Somehow I found myself bearing my testimony. And telling them about the book of Mormon, how families can be together forever, and how we have living Prophets today. Then as I told them about the book of Mormon I wanted to mention something that they may not have heard before. . .and that’s when they said. . .We want to know more. I told them when Christopher Columbus came across to the americas and “discovered” it there were already people there. And that The Book of Mormon was the book of the history of those people. Now, he lives in a nursing home, he’s 82 years old and he want’s the missionarys to bring a book of Mormon by so he can read it. His wife is still at home. She will probably read it to or with him in his room. It’s amazing how wether I’m ready or not, God is keeping his work moving.

She’s gained an appreciation for books. . .and I think she’s trying to find the words she already knows how to read. Putting that Reading program to good use. Yippy!

First Asthma Attacks in CT

As kid in NV I had them. In the past 2 weeks I’ve had 3! Why the sudden change????

My Mom said she had her 1st Asthma Attack at 27. I’m now 27 . . .Genetics?? if so. . Why?

also. . .I’ve not been addicted to chocolate nor had cravings for it until these past 2 weeks. . .What changed?

Also. . .I have never miscarried a baby until these past few weeks. . .What’s going on???

I better crack back into those Supergreens to re-alkalize my body. . cuz. . . Man oh man it’s outta wack.

And my Journal became a photo album because I had nothing to say even though we were very busy on spring break, carpet shopping, family in town and so on.

Here are Zach and Sierra Today.

Zach’s first SWING ride!

You should have heard him laugh! I got it on video you will have to come over and watch it! He shared the sing with his cousin Caleb 1 month older and made for a cozy comfy ride. And I think Zach was conspiring with Caleb against the parents for a minute there(see pic).

We went to the park with Aunt Melanie, Aunt Shana and 6 of the cousins today. Spring break is upon us and perfect weather to boot!

We picnicked with Burger King nuggets in Melanie’s living room before we headed out, and headed over to the park. Hailey and Sierra found thier nitches. Hailey either in groups where she was the boss of what was going on, or by herself happily playing away.

And Sierra in the sand with the boys.
