Nathan is in terrible pain. the physical therapist is giving him exercises to do that are supposed to help reverse the effects of a compressed disc in his spine that is pinching a nerve terribly.

I have been to NV and back with 2 dogs and 4 kids 2 in diapers. I saw my sisters MaryAnne and Molly and my brothers Leonard and Thomas. I also saw their families. The dogs were delivered Then I took one back to the shelter home – no kennels there – We had a Huge Halloween party that Nathan did all the prep work for. He did an awesome job. he found a million great ideas on the Internet and did every single one he thought was cool.

I took the kids to a trick or treat play group in their costumes yesterday.

Hailey is Princess Padme from Star wars – So is Sierra they both wanted the same costume. Hailey is a big help with the babies when I’m busy doing other housework.

Sierra is Sierra. Its HALLOWEEN and she is feeling cruddy. She threw up this morning and I’m, in charge of her class party at school. I don’t think Halloween will be as good for her as it could be. She will probably miss her party and have a lousy walk through the neighborhood trick or treating. Sierra has been a stinker from time to time because she’s tired. When she gets exhausted it’s hard to get her to think logically. She gets he mind set on something and whines about it for a long time. It takes a lot of reasoning with a pretty unreasonable child. But eventually it works out – usually when the subject is ignored.

Zach is turning 2 YEARS OLD tomorrow! He’s really good at talking – in my eyes . maybe he can’t enunciate every part of the word but I still know what he’s saying for the most part. We got him a Train table for his birthday tomorrow. . .He is so enveloped in Trains right now that it’s the perfect thing for him. I can’t wait to give it to him!!

Aurora is a well mannered baby. She loves to be held and hated to be left alone. But when people are around she will sit and watch them for a long time. She loves to be on the go as much as she can. She will sit in her car seat without trouble for a VERY long time. . . we did the 18 hours to and from Nevada without much trouble at all. As long as she had a bottle, toy or a nap she was good to go.

So. . .

The extravaganza was a ton of fun. . .not quite the turn out of guests I expected. But it was still a lot of fun.

I’m packing up the kids and Molly’s new Whippit – Dog and crate to head out to Nevada this morning and See MaryAnne and the rest of the family there. It’s an 8 hour trip – or more with pit stops for dogs and kids. We spent 4 hours in the car yesterday running our last minute errands and getting the dog.

Molly and Allen have been trying to adopt a Whippit for maybe over a year now and finally I get to deliver their baby – It’s like getting a baby to them. A whippit is like a mini Greyhound Dog, shorter but still a DOG and skinny. They aren’t the most attractive but they are racing dogs and pretty rare. Nathan says they look like overgrown skinny rats. I’ve already fallen in love with the breed for some reason and the kids all loved playing with the dogs at the adoption home yesterday.

I’ll post pictures someday. I have a ton on the camera yet no time to upload with all the busy-ness.

I’ll be back monday night for our Halloween party at our house for FHE. All in my state are invited, just in case you don’t get a message or a call and you happen to read this. . . Bring a pumpkin to carve. . .

Aurora you are NOW 7 Months old.

So far you are our chubbiest baby, i wonder if that means you will be the skinniest of your siblings.

you weighed 16 pounds
Keeping you at your normal rate of growth. . .50th % of weight and 10th for height. Just like the rest of us . . you are short and Stout =)

You also got 5 shots one included the Flu shot. You have been sick for about 3 months now and the Doctors keep changing their diagnosis. It was Bronchiolitis, then a sinus infection, and now it’s a 21 day bacteria that I have to suction out your nose and give you salene drops in your nose for. Personlly I think it’s the state we live in and the allergies all around with a hint of Asthma coming because of it. Hopefully our new Shakl ee products will make you feel all better =)

You sit up, Roll, make funny grumbling frustrated noises when you play with toys. You get up on your hands and knees, but cannot crawl yet, you can scoot around and you can scoot forward now.

We are still working on balance standing up you love to be held while you stand on your feet and look around. You are great at holding your bottle, many other babies it seems cannot do this, but you and your siblings all held bottles at 4 months.

A few mornings ago I left you on the floor to play and I heard the little pink piano playing. I thought for sure it was Zach out of bed, but it was YOU! You loved playing the little keyboard, right now you are playing on the extra computer keyboard, pushing buttons and groaning and squeaking at it.

You love to laugh when people make loud fun sounds and crazy facial expressions. Zach put his hand to his mouth and made a yuck noise and pushed his hand forward and you laughed at him for a long time. He’d pretend he was taking something yucky out of his mouth and saying “plaaah”. WHat a cute giggle you have!

Everyone loves you. The people at church “Ooh and Ahh” over how cute you are. When we go out people are always asking where you get your red hair from. I like to say I get it from a Clairol hair dye box that makes them smile!

We took you to the pumpkin patch on a hayride for your first time last Friday. You seemed to enjoy the fresh air, but not so much the tickles of straw sliding past your face in the breeze.

You are a joy, Daddy can’t wait ’till you walk and talk. I can’t wait for you to get married =)

Yes, it has been a while, and I finally got around to spell checking the last post.

Kids are excited for Halloween. We have DECKED OUT the house in HALLOWEEN decor. It’s quite impressive. I think the most impressive part is the Spider web all over the entry, living and dining rooms from Chandelier to chandelier and down to the railing and end table. It’s been really fun and we tested out a little bit of a party with the Cunningham’s that moved near here just before we moved. We had a good visit and the kids(and Rich) had a Totally FUN time!

I’ve been going to the Gym, trying to get the baby weight off, it’s a very slow process this time, plus I have only gone 6 times in 1.5 weeks.

Zach is still totally fascinated with Trains, Trucks and Planes – -Such a boy, but last night he wore Hailey and Sierras Pink Princess Snow Boots and fell in love with them. I’ve already thrown them in the girls closet, in the hopes he will forget about them until he has his own pair of BLUE snow boots =)

Aurora is still pretty sick, her nose started running today and her cough and congestion haven’t let up much for about 2 months now. . .ya, I’ve tried Amoxacillin/Amoxil/Cough meds/Allergy meds/nasal decongestants. . .and the only thing kinda working – which allowed me Many hours of sleep last night was Dimetapp and Motrin. I hate to keep loading my baby up with medicine, her body is absorbing all that junk, I just need her to get better!

Nathan’s still feeling terrible, he’s able to get work done, but he’s in pain. His left arm keeps sending shocks of pain through it and his shoulder also hurts. He explained a constant pain as right when you burn yourself your body sends a sizzling shocking message to your brain, Nathan calls, White pain, and that is non-stop in his arm. We’ve fired the chiropractor, and He had a priesthood blessing last night and tomorrow he will see out Family practice Doctor to get a referral to a Surgeon or whatever it is he thinks Nathan needs.

I’m still working on a ton of business opportunities. Things are going well with all of them. I’m fired up about all of them and enjoy that outlet.

The blog isn’t as at the VERY top 3 of my list anymore. I love keeping a history though so the it may be sporatic with all thats going on! =)

Nathan is still in mounds of pain. He’s been to the Chiropractor 3-4 times now and will need many more treatments. His X-Rays show his ribs and spine look like he’s been in a terrible car accident, and, that he has been struggling with bone problems in his back and ribs for at least 5 years. He’s not well. medicine doesn’t help. The rubs I put on his back don’t help much either. His left arm is the biggest pain – due to nerve and bone damage in his spine. Keep him in your prayers.

We had Parent teacher conferences this week.

The girls are in the top of their classes. Hailey is in 3rd grade reading at a 4.8 grade level. She can choose library books up to a 5.2 grade level. Her teacher loves her creativity but it is causing her to miss recess because she is taking a long time to complete her schoolwork. – We have discussed that with her and would like her to spend more time at recess. Sierra wants to read really fast. She’s doing great in all of her subjects, but when she reads she looks at the beginning and end letters and makes up the middle – so she ends up slowing down to get the words right. She’s social, and in the top of her class.

Zach and Aurora get 1 hour with a babysitter while I go to the Gym.

Aurora gets up on her hands and feet with her bottom in the air but still hasn’t figured out crawling forward. She’s adorable. But too far ahead of her age!

Zach is starting to talk a LOT! He’s started doing one of my favorite kid things. . .repeating the words I say. (as closely as he can try to pronounce them.)

The boutique world is going well. The eBay world is going even better, and I have 2 people scheduled to go south for a Shaklee meeting on Wednesday!

I’m extatic about all the businees opportunities I have going for myself, I’ve met a friend that does essential oils and herbal remedies that I’d like to start selling at the boutique. . .I think there is a market for it. We will try to figure it out together!

I’ve been flooded with endorphins at the Gym when I get my hour or 1/2 hour workouts and that always makes me happy and more productive.

Nathan is struggling. We aren’t sure what is wrong but he’s almost on bedrest for a back/nerve injury. His left arm keeps having spasms and his back is aching. He’s finally so fed up with it that he went to see a Chairopractor – which he has never believed in – we pray that it can be fixed soon, because without he’s unproductive and it irks him to not be able to work.
