This year you got NERF Dart Guns I got you a big Tommy gun style with rifle loading that will hold 35 darts and a small one that any one of the kids could use against you =) This kids all walked thru WalMart with me to pick out your birthday present and pick out the camouflage wrapping paper since you are now too old to be drafted we’ll give you some nice safe guns in camo wrap to play with!
Grandma and Grandpa Lay were here in the morning before their trip back to Missouri-Misery and will probably spend Thanksgiving day on the road or at a homeless shelter. But Grandpa was destined to get HOME to get his drivers licence or hook up the Internet in his house so off they went after we opened presents and said goodbye.
At noon Aaron and Joe showed up to watch a movie but the computer you have the right movie on CRASHED and until you fix it, which you do not want to have to deal with on your birthday. . .You got to go out to lunch with them and you came back with MORE Nerf guns! Ready for an amazing attack against each other you set off to build your new Dart Guns. . .only to really find out the one that i got you was really the best and quite sufficient at hitting the opponent quickly and accurately.
I picked Zach up from Prechool and grabbed a cake this year since I do not want 3/4 cake sitting for 4 days until we can get back from Nevada for Thanksgiving with Molly and her crew and Leonard Kelli and Thomas.
Your brother Mike and his wife Denise invited you and I to go to The Cheesecake factory for a Birthday dinner. it was great! They gave you our Lego Advent Calendar – and you were beside your self in a stupor trying to figure out what it was and why they would give you Lego’s, but really, It just took a minute to read the package before you knew it was the 25 days til Christmas Calendar where you open the doors each day and pull out the Lego pieces to make a village.
AND They put a Candle in your Caramel Dulce De Leche Cheesecake and the crew of waiters and waitresses sang the REAL version of HAPPY Birthday to YOU! it’s not very often anyone can get away with that you usually get your way and say no and don’t get the restaurant chorus.
The Boys and Kids and i sang happy Birthday to you at about 3:00 and had a cupcake cake from Smiths. You and the Brothers went back to the store to make sure you had the best guns got your Nerf Dart fights!
