Childrens place had pretty crappy clothes on the 2.99 sale except the boys pants size 8to 14. Those we do not need. But we did like that almost everything was 25%off. And we had a 25f off coupon on top of it with my CP card got another 10% off got 345.00 for $219. Daddy spoiled us the girls got cute dresses and outfits and hats Zach got cool t shirts. We got 23+ items

Been sitting at the Honda dealer for 2 /2 hours!!! 3 recalls, an oil change, power steering pump trouble that should have been a recall too ugh.

I think this Honda company owes me a free lunch. And not just hot cocoa and apple cider!

well . . they had the wax cups they were out of foam. so I had to put cold water in. and then a little hot. so I wouldn’t just drink wax. so it was lukewarm cocoa and apple cider packets… it helped when I went form 10-2 and needed a little something in my belly.

had a great home show just over $500!!!

It’s not me, it’s the people. I struck it lucky at the bridal show. a wedding planner booked the show and had about 15 ladies show up!! I did pay $300 to get the booth at the bridal show. I put my neck out there and see wether it gets chopped off or not. usually it pays off. and hving a HUGE inventory always helps I had over 525 items available.

Had a great time at Chuck E Cheeses Yestrerday watching a 34/5 year old man(uncle Joe) Catch Tickets int he TICKET BLASTER BOOTH! well worth the $8.51!!!!! as an added Bonus… he- and his daughter Summer got over 600 tickets!

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. People come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Embrace all equally!

Lagoon Season Passports, A dozen red roses with a teddy bear, and chocolates, Dinner at a NEW restaurant a local Mongolian BBQ pretty nasty but a new experience, Jamba Juice, heart shaped pizza for the kids, Aurora and I made Hear shaped Sugar Cokies For thant, He got a card and some chocolate.

At the Emergency Room. Its a Super inner outer double ear infection. Not looking forward to today if I’m starting at 12am in the Hospital

Spent the eveing int the ER all the kids are whiney, Dog is Whiney, Aurora has Massive double ear infections, Deaf in one ear, and now I have a home show. anyone want to help Nathan out?

Look thru all your dimes and quarters from erlier than 1964 if you have them they are 90% Silver and dimes are wort over $2 and Quarters pre ’64 and ’64 are worth $5+ HOLD ONTO THEM! Silver will skyrocket soon! Thanks to Obamanation

my puppy (girl) insists on peeing in the house any second she gets chance. Even after she goes outside. we have tried sprays that deter from areas even, diapers, an indoor bathroom, startling her when we catch her in the act and running her straight ouside. any suggestions?

Kids ate ALL their PORK. Recipe 4 pork chops 1/4 cup maple syrup, a few small squirts mustard, salt, pepper, cook chops for about 10 minutes total, flipping occasionally as sauce thickens add a dab of any light colored juice (apple, white grape) or even water aprox 2 tablespoons. Make sure after cooking there is enough glaze for the top of the chops, if not add a little more syrup and a little more juice.

I am oficially ALONE for a Month. . .well if you can say being wth 4 kids is Alone. Just no companion to talk too. He’s really stressed about his trip to NY, CT, MASS, MICH, OHIO, and loads of cities in between, and Skiing, Hopefully his ulcers won’t start bleeding. Hope we can both cope without eachother to keep us grounded and loved….

One with double ear infections, one with stuff coming out both ends(it was so sad)One with a perpetual cough, and one grumpy. It’s shaping up to be a terrible time without Nathan here. Guess we partied too hard yesterday with Mrs. Cavinaughs chocolate, chuck e cheese and a movie party with all kinds of junk with another family of 6

4 sick kids home from school all day. It was a tough day, but to make it worse…. now my stomach is churning… OH please NO!

I think I just want to fall asleep on the recliner with Aurora in my arms while we watch 101 dalmations for the umpteenth time

Really starting to feel like a single mom today hauled the 4 kids to church and the bishopric member came up to me and asked if I was OK or if there was anything they could do for me. I almost started crying….. by the way I could use a babysitter tomorrow at 1:45 so I can go get an MRI on my back(guessing compressed disc)…. 2 weeks to go. he will be able to come back for a week or 2 before he travels again.

I think I just recruited a young black college boy, to sell Cookie Lee jewelry under me! he’s gonna rock! he was buying snacks at Smiths so he could resell them. I told him I could help him pull in a little more to a LOT money selling jewelry to his peeps! he was SOOOOO thrilled I though he was going to cry. Cute kid too. .. .I think he will do really well. I gave him a necklace to borrow to try it out!

Figured out why I’m fat! The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says “for extra volume and body”. I’m going to start using “Dawn” dish soap. It says “dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove”. Repost if you have the same issue LOL!!!!

Made it thru the MRI and 4 x-rays, came out with an aweful headache and the same terribly aching back…….now to wait a week before we find out the results. I think i’m gonna lay down for a bit while the kids are entrtained by the TV

Not sure yet on the back, see the surgeon with the MRI on tuesday next week… but the physical therapist looked at them today & said….he can’t be sure since he’s #4 in line of xray and MRI readers, that It could be a BULGING disc. we are going to work on posture and stretches to try to alleviate the pain.

Did you know that Detroit cut their budgets closed 1/2 of their public schools down fired 1/2 their teachers and have about 1 principal per 3-6 schools classrooms will hav 1 teacher and 60 students.

The MRI results on my BACK are in…. BRACE yourselves. I have 2 bulging discs in my lower spine, 1 dehydrated “desicated” disc, 1 disc with fissures, possible inflamation, mild scoliosis. Treatment… Since the discs arent touching the nerves cortizone shots won’t work, so Physical Therapy & perscription strength Aleve 2 xs a day. I have had the pain for 9 months I’ve just been dealing with it and being careful.

The good news…my sister Molly is going to see her back doctor now since she probably has the bulging discs hitting her nerves, and she can get te shots, her pain is shooting down her legs, I may have helped someone by going in mysef.

I cannot believe se is going into 7th grade next year… we will see how that goes. 

We did get fresh snow 2 nights ago still have 4 huge snowballs melting in the backyard. But it’s warm enough I planted my peas, carrots and onions TODAY!

I usually just say I have and Adversion to Fish Oil, gets me oout of ANY seafood situation…

I just had a Professional Jewelry Consultant in my Home today outfitting me and dressing me to a T. =) looking Haute!

Sierra had her school program.  4th grade about Utah and utahs counties.  it’s a tear jerker.

I was reading with Zach and Aurora tonight working on sounding out words like to..and up..and off As i read up I said what does U say? what does P say? u…p I say, then repeat U…..P UP… and Zach says, You Pee Up? he laughed, and laughed, then asked, do you poo up too?

Went to Sierras School Program about UTAH. it was pretty cool, again. same as Haileys, but still moving!. Loved it! Also heard from Haileys Teacher. She is finally grasping the need to be responsible. shes getting her HW done and showing how truly smart she is. her teacher was so impressed she had to tell me in person!

Nathan got to come home a week early but his plane was delayed

Waiting in the car with 4kids for the airplane to land….it’s been delayed… Should have landed 45 min ago…. Totally sucks…we want daddy back! It’s been 3 long weeks!

I’m coming up one of the craziest busy weeks of my life & my sister gets to share it. Jans, be warned, we have a school program at 6:15 about the time you get here, then have jr high registration, preschool babysitting for a preschool & I am in charge of the StPattys party for Sierras class, and a lady in my ward needs babysitting and driving to help with work, housework

ear appointments, and not sure what else. I hope you have plans to make it all better.

Got Xrays on Sierras feet today. she started complaining last night and said it’s been happening for over a month. shooting burning pain in her feet make a popping sound and more pain. Took her in she has Fallen Arches or flat foot or “Plantar Facitis” just like Grandma L. Ugh! Poor kid! arch supports the rest of her life, the bone is crooked causing it. we can to a$2,K + surgery to get an implant put in

Feels like I have a billion balls in the air and at any moment the glass one is going to drop, followed by the bowling ball ( on my foot) then who knows what but keeping them in the air alone is not very easy.

Had an Awesome Scavenger hunt at the school! Had 30 kids chasing from the gym to the monkey bars to the fish tank to the office to the lunch room to the class to the basketball court and getting treasures at each spot, then ending with punch and a beautiful cake with a big rainbow and pot of gold at the end – full of chocolate coins for every kid! All by myself! =)  thanks to janika and nathan for watching the kids and helping with the clues.

Auroras birthday was yesterday. We got almost 700 tickets maybe more in the ticket blaster. Then she got a gum ball machine! Super fun! She also got play dough 24 pack a play ought puppy pal, gum balls for her machine, a beta fish pink, weblogs white poodle, fur real white poodle mini wags, and a princess birthday cake with a white poodle.

Yesterday, banana bread an muffins, today pot roast w potatoes homemade bread for dinner, lunch was chicken cucumber pita pockets, 7 layer dip. Next week, leftovers. Gotta finish up this physical therapy and get back to the gym!

After dealing with 11 years of ear infections. 2 with tubes, it’s a terrible headache! they should give us all endoscopes and FREE access to amoxacillin

I made a small loan to Silvia in the Philippines for her little snack shack she has payed back over 80% of her loan, such a good cause! if you have $25 to loan. I highly recommend doing this there are so many people with great and small ideas in need of a small loan. YOU CAN make a difference, I did!

Trying on glasses for real  all 6 of us went onto the eye doc for exams.  Hailey and sierra -.75

my prescription actually went down from -4.75 to -4.50 and I still can read far away 20/10 excellent eye sight with my contacts in.

Nathans didn’t change too much so we just got him perscrip sunglasses.  Hailey is in Contacts already.  We have ordered glassed for Hailey and sierra.  Zach and Aurora did great on  their tests

7 loads of laundry today, that’s before we dig into Hailey and Sierra’s Mountian of it most likely 5 loads with towels and blankets . we have been very busy with other things, eye exams for 6 people 2 getting glasses, hair styling, family pictures, family in town, work, play, preschool, physical therapy, dog, housework, sweeping, yard work, ear doctors, having a family of 6 keeps you on your toes.

and we just took the dog, 2 kids, packed a picnic lunch, ate for a sec, fed the ducks at the nature park, walked the dog, froze and blew away in the wind, went home finished lunch, and kept plowing thru the mountain of laundry.
